1204 North was designed for clients who love hosting. At its heart is an expansive living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, that flows seamlessly into the generous kitchen.

In order to get natural light into the rear of the home, we designed the open stair to act as a lightwell, and added clerestory windows within the kitchen, flooding the living spaces with both morning and warm afternoon light, creating the perfect backdrop for gathering at any time of day.
